Business Development Manager Eastern Europe (M/F/D)

Your tasks will be to:

  • Drive the growth of the business in Eastern Europe with the local Sales Companies
  • Build strong relationship with Sales Companies, key partners of the distribution and key accounts
  • Support and monitor the local marketing activities in line with the overall price and promotion strategy
  • Perform continuous market intelligence to adapt the offering to the market demands including competitor’s analysis
  • Organise training sessions for our partners and customers
  • Plan and perform the launch of new products, solutions and services as interface between marketing, product management and local sales
  • Support and participate to local sales events (trade-show, partner events…)
  • Collaborate to the overall business development strategy handled by several Business Development Managers for example by benchmarking and aligning activities

You are the ideal candidate because you have:

  • University degree or Technical degree with Economics and Finance understanding
  • Several years of proven sales experience, ideally in the field of garage equipment or automotive aftermarket
  • Good technical knowledge of today’s vehicle maintenance challenge, e.g. vehicle diagnostics solutions and driver assistance systems
  • High-level communication and presentation skills
  • Strong customer orientation including key-account management experience
  • Proven ability to negotiate, also in conflict resolution
  • Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
  • Ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
  • Fluent English skills, German would be a strong asset
