DEMONSTRATE YOUR POTENTIAL AND JOIN US TO SHAPE THE FUTURE OF THE DIGITAL WORKSHOP

  • You drive the growth of the business in Southern Europe in interaction with the local Hella Sales Companies
  • You build strong and profitable relationships with Sales Companies, key partners of the distribution and key accounts
  • You support and monitor the local marketing activities in line with the overall communication, price and promotion strategy
  • You perform continuous market intelligence to take influence on the offering to the market demands including competitor’s analysis with the Category Managers
  • You organise training sessions for the Sales Companies, key accounts, partners and customers
  • You plan and perform the launch of new products, solutions and services as interface between marketing, category management and local sales forces
  • You support and participate in local sales events (trade-show, partner events…)
  • You collaborate to the overall business development strategy handled by several Business Development Managers for example by benchmarking and aligning activities

THE REASONS WHY YOU ARE THE RIGHT FIT FOR OUR COMPANY

  • You have a university degree or technical degree with economics and finance understanding
  • You experienced several years of proven sales activities, ideally in the field of workshop equipment or automotive aftermarket
  • You have a good technical knowledge of today’s vehicle maintenance challenge, e.g. vehicle diagnostics solutions and driver assistance systems
  • You possess the awareness of intercultural challenges, especially working in a matrix organization
  • You’re skilled in high-level communication and presentation
  • You have a strong customer orientation including key-account management experience
  • Proven ability to negotiate, also in conflict resolution are natural for you
  • You have experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
  • You are self-motivated and have the ability motivating a team
  • You have fluent English skills, German or any additional language of the intended region of responsibility would be a strong asset (Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, etc.)
