Safety Precautions – Wheel Clamps & 3D Panels

To prevent incorrect handling and consequent injuries to the user when working with the wheel clamp modules and the appropriate 3D panels, observe the following:

• To prevent slipping as well as scratches or damage to the rim during alignment, ensure that the wheel clamps are seated securely and firmly on the rim or the tires.
• Regularly check the wheel clamps for wear and damage. Immediately replace the wheel clamp in case of any signs of wear or lacks.
• Only use 3D panels which are intended for the wheel clamps of Hella Gutmann.
• Ensure that the 3D panels are firmly attached to the intended brackets on the wheel clamps.
• Ensure that the 3D panels are correctly aligned before starting the calibration. The integrated spirit level serves for exact check of vertical and horizontal alignment.
• Examine the wheel clamps and 3D panels for wear and damage. Immediately replace the 3D panels in case of any signs of wear or lacks.
• Store the wheel clamps and 3D panels in a dry and dust-free place.
• Protect the wheel clamps and 3D panels from strong impacts and do not drop them.
• Protect the wheel clamps and 3D panels from long periods of exposure to solar radiation.
• Protect the wheel clamps and 3D panels from water (they are not waterproof).
