Registration and Initialization

  1. Before you can start working with macsRemote Services you need to register online.
  2. Registration can be done with the following QR code:
  4. Alternately you can register under the following link in the web browser:
    https://www.remoteservices.online
  5. Fill in all the data fields and send the registration to Hella Gutmann.
  6. macsRemote Services will be activated and you will receive an e-mail with your access data.
  7. Please follow the instructions in the e-mail.
  8. Registration and initialization are hence finished and you can call up the portal of macsRemote Services under the following link:
    https://macsremote.obd.help
  1. In order to take macsRemote Services into operation, perform the steps as described in section Initial Start-Up and Network Connection.
