Calling Up the Diagnostic Database

You need Internet connection to access the Hella Gutmann diagnostic database.

Proceed as follows to retrieve information from the diagnostic database:

  1. Select Information > Diagnostic database in the App launcher.
  2. Select the requested symptom under Symptom selection.
  3. Data download is in progress.
  4. The items for the selected symptom are displayed.
  5. Select the required Item from online diagnostic database from the left selection window.
  6. If the selected proposed solution does not apply to the vehicle problem, then possibly select the tab Proposed solution 2.
  7. There may appear several proposed solutions.
