Register CSM user

Proceed as follows to register a CSM user:

  1. Select > Settings > CSM users > Add CSM user.
  2. Select >Register new CSM user<.
  3. Enter the CSM user data and determine a password.
  4. Select >Register<.
  5. Registration of CSM user is started.
  6. A verification token is sent via e-mail.
  7. Select > Settings > CSM users.
  8. Release the user identification with >Confirm<.
  9. Select >Enter the verification token from e-mail<.
  10. The functions of the Cyber Security Management can only be used after an identity check through Hella Gutmann and IDnow.
  11. Enter the verification token from the e-mail and confirm with >Verify e-mail address<.
  1. Another e-mail will be sent to the specified e-mail address. You can start the identification via IDnow with this e-mail.

We use IDnow AutoIdent to verify the identity in the course of the registration process. This requires the following points:
