New help call
Here you can start a help call to the Technical Help Line of Hella Gutmann after a completed global check of trouble codes. In the text you can enter relevant symptoms and specifications about the fault. The function uses AI-supported analyses to suggest repair recommendations on the basis of former data. The help call ticket will be closed automatically if the recommendation was successful. Should the recommendation not lead to a solution you can open the help call again and you can continue the personal communication with a member of the Technical Help Line.
