Register CSM user

Proceed as follows to register a CSM user:

Select > Settings > CSM user > Add CSM user.
Select >Register new CSM user<.
Enter the CSM user data and determine a password.
Select >Register<.
Registration of CSM user is started.
A verification token is sent via e-mail.
Select > Settings > CSM users.
Release the user identification with >Confirm<.
Select >Enter the verification token from e-mail<.
You can use functions of the Cyber Security Management only after an identification verification check through Hella Gutman and IDnow.
Enter the verification token from the e-mail and confirm with >Verify e-mail address<.

Another e-mail will be sent to the specified e-mail address. You can start the identification via IDnow with this e-mail.

Identification with IDnow AutoIdent

We use IDnow AutoIdent to verify the identity in the course of the registration process. This requires the following points:

Valid ID card
IDnow AutoIdent app (you can do the identify verification also with another compatible device)
IDnow token (see e-mail)

After successful identity check the device user receives a final confirmation e-mail.

Now you can use the Cyber Security Management.
