Car History

Here the diagnostic results about the current vehicle are saved from the steps >Trouble codes<, >Parameters<, >Basic setting<, >Codings<, >Measurement< and >Guided measurement<. This has the following advantages:

• You can evaluate the diagnostic results later.
• Compare previously performed diagnostics to present diagnostic results.
• You can show the customer the diagnostic results without needing to reconnect the vehicle.

Select > Settings > Device > Car History to call up the car history.

As an alternative you can call up the Car History via > .

Transfer the Car History to this Device

Select >Transfer the Car History to this device< to transfer the Car History data (trouble codes, parameters, measured values etc.) form the formerly used diagnostic device to the mega macs PRO.

Synchronize Car History with Cloud

Select >Synchronize Car History with Cloud< to compare and to save all Car History data (trouble codes, parameters, measured values etc.) automatically with the Hella Cloud.

The Cloud synchronization is used for central archiving of the diagnostic data. Therefore, the data records can be used by all devices, that are linked with the same user account and they can be restored from the Cloud if required.

Recovering the Car History from a Cloud

NOTICE

During the restoration process, all local Car History data records will be deleted. Only the vehicle list will be recovered from the Cloud. The vehicle details are downloaded again when a vehicle is selected.

Internet connection is required for this.

Select >Recover Car History from the Cloud< to restore the vehicle list previously saved in the Hella-Gutmann Cloud.
