Preconditions for the Calibration

Ensure the following before starting the calibration:

• Vehicle system is working properly.
• No trouble codes stored in the ECU.
• Vehicle-specific preparations according to manufacturer specifications (e.g. tire pressure, loading, tank filling level).
• Wheel alignment of rear axle checked and correctly adjusted.
• Rear axle alignment corresponds to the vehicle manufacturer requirements.
• Vehicle parked on even shop floor.
• Steering centered and fixed.
• Sensor areas and camera optical lenses cleaned.
• Wi-Fi connection stable.
• CSC-Tool PRO entirely mounted and correctly positioned in front of the vehicle.
• Wheel clamps with 3D panels available.

• Laser distance meter present and ready for operation.
• Diagnostic device (e.g. mega macs X, mega macs S 20 or mega macs PLUS) connected to a vehicle before starting a guided calibration (see section Guided Calibration).

• Follow the notes and instructions in the diagnostic device and the Cali-OS.
